Dear Front Porch Readers, Please note the following: From the Daufuskie Island Co-op: On behalf of the Daufuskie Island Christmas Parade, we would like to thank everyone who came out and joined us for such a successful parade!! A special thanks for all those people that took the time and effort to decorate a float. It was an amazing turnout and there was so much creativity!!! Another special thanks for all those who made monetary donations, we really do appreciate every penny we received!! It goes toward all the food, decorations, prizes, and helps prepare us to be sure we can continue to put a parade on for the next year. Many thanks to this community for making the Daufuskie Island Christmas Parade a wonderful tradition that will hopefully continue on for many years!!!!!!
